Nutritional Counseling
:
- Rate
is included with membership fee of $36-$49 / per year
Educational Services:
- Consultant Services (includes
direct observations, phone consults, IEP meetings, Mediation) $100.00/hour
- Travel: $50.00/Hour
- Expert Report: Flat fee - $800.00
- Court Appearance: Flat fee $1,000.00
(Travel and expert report, observations not included)
